For Sale 1997 Goldwing
Motorcycle Consumers News has my 97 Aspencade @ around $5800
and almost $6900 for an SE. Mine is upgraded to SE so let's figure
mine for $6300.
I'd like to add $2700 for the LDR equipment that cost well over $5000.
So a total of $9000 obo.

This is for a 1997 Honda Goldwing Aspencade that has been set up for Long Distance Riding.
If you plan on any future Ironbutt type rides, this is the touring bike to bid on.
This Goldwing was purchased by me in 2003/2004 season, with 9000 miles on the odometer.
The od now has 45xxx. When purchased, it was upgraded to SE specs except for cables
controlling lower louvers-for engine heat or cooling to lower legs,
they remain as original.
General description:
P-159 Sonoma Green with custom pinstriped, new brakes and Michelin Pilots.
Full service 1,050 miles ago, including brake fluids, fork oil, full shaft lube ( remove shaft and lube both ends) Honda OEM anti-freeze.
Current mileage is 45xxx. Progressive springs front, Progressive shock in rear.
Portable air pump and OEM pump with optional hoses and pressure gauge.
The bike is also fitted with;
1--2000 front headlight/turn signal assembly with brighter bulbs.
2--Headlight modulator controlled with switch and dummy light
sensor.
3--Two 100 watt Light Force lamps-6 inch diameter with Mini
Mag style focusing.
4-- Two Electrical Connection Ion 55 watt lamps.
5-- Two California style 35 watt lamps for road side
illumination.
6-- Goldwing lower driving lamps always on, but blink with
directionals.
7-- Bright LED’s on mirror edges visible from both front and rear.
Mirrors are Multi Vex wide angle- no blind spots.
8-- Same LED lights on trunk just ahead of antenna mounts.
9-- Texalent bar across handlebars with mounts for-Butler cup,
Garmin 2610 goes with sale-I have software. You may need a
new lock code from Garmin. Sirius radio wiring and antenna
mount. Cell phone wiring is in this area also. All controlled
through Kennedy Technology circuits for voice.
10-Gel padding is in both seats.
11-Kuryakyn highway pegs and risers for passenger.
12-Cup holder on each armrest for passenger with CB,
Intercom, radio ear set with volume control.
13-OEM radio and cassette with 4 Polk speakers and
A 400 watt power amp in trunk with 150 watt sub woofer.
14-Ride-off center stand. Comes with original OEM stand.
15-Not much safety chrome, but nice Burl wood accents.
16-OEM optional side and rear trunk, saddle bag lights
with brake modulator and bright led lights mounted
on lower apron.
17-Three gallon fuel cell with mounting plate set up for back
seat. Has electric fuel pump that pumps from cell to tank
in 6 to 7 minutes. Hook up takes about 5 minutes.
Gas line from cell and to fuel tank fitted with sealing
couplers. Electric, delivery hose and overflow at site stored
safely behind seat.
18-OEM lower saddle bag skirt primed not painted, not
mounted.
19-Goldwing 1500 repair manuals and GWRRA
and OEM repair disc’s included .
20-Smart Tire System-displays pressure and tire temp for front
and rear.
21-This next item will be a $1,200 option on top of negotiated price.
A" Cool Advantage System." Refrigerated cooler circulating
cold RV antifreeze through tubes to two cooling vests.
A hidden hitch set up included. This unit is brand new,
never installed. Set up is mounted for hitch, but can
be mounted on back seat in place of fuel cell if wanted.
Comes with a large and small cool vest.
