Sept. 17 THURSDAY
WELCOME HOME Sgt.1st Class Ronnie Green
This Hero just finished his 3rd tour in Iraq and is finally coming home... THAT is so very special in itself but lets add onto this that our Hero Ronnie Green has also completed 20 years of Military service and is retireing at the same time of this Welcome Home Celebration.
On Thursday, September 17 at the beautiful Veterans Park Pavilion in ATCO NJ. (American Legion Post 311 on Atco Ave.) The Family, Friends and Community of Ronnie Green will all join in with celebrating this Heroes Welcome Home and retirement. The WWR will pick this Hero up at his home in Atco (just one mile from the paviliion ) and proceed with our Hero in a Special Thunderous rolling Parade to show this hero how Proud and Thankful we are for his Dedication and sacrifices over these past deployments into the War Zones and his 20 years of service.

Just talked to Judi Tapper,( Gold Star Mom ), about Ronnie Green.
Here is the info I got from her;
Sargeant First Class Ronnie Green, age 38, went into Army right after graduating high school at age 18.
Served in the Infantry, (Judi didn't know what unit or any real specifics)
Served 3 tours in Iraq.
Married to Jill, they have one son who is 18 and just started his freshman year of college in Fla.
The Atco Committee, family,relatives and friends along with the Yellow Ribbon Club will celebrate this American Hero's homecoming & retirement.
