The Patriot Guard Riders have been requested to provide a Welcome Home Escort for 150 members of C Co 1-111th INF 56th SBCT from Fort Dix, NJ to Kutztown, PA. (100mi) as they return from a year of military service in the sandbox area.

Departure from Fort Dix is Tuesday MORNING at 1000 on 15 September.

Helmets required in NJ. Please bring 3x5 Flags. I need one Army Flag.

Where What used to be the Ole Steak and Ale across from the WaWa

N. Gate Road and Roosevelt Blvd just south of Old Lincoln Highway and US Rt 1.

From there we will enter the PA Turnpike and head East.

You will have to pay tolls on this leg of the Mission

Once we get on the NJ Turnpike we will head NB and exit the first exit US 206 (Fort Dix / McGuire AFB)

Then we will get on Rt 68 and head to the NJ Rally Point

NJ Rally Point:

Where: Kelly Reserve Center on Rt 68 right hand side 2500ft prior to the Main Gate of Ft. Dix

Notes:

Please get gas in NJ prior to arriving at the Kelly Reserve Center. It is a little over 100 miles from Ft. Dix to Kutztown, PA

For Ft. Dix if you are on a bike long pants, long sleeve shirt, gloves and a helmet. You will need a helmet in NJ anyway.

The PA Turnpike will give us toll forgiveness, no tolls but there will be tolls on the NJ Turnpike.
