My opinion is that this action would be okay if NY required ALL street legal vehicles to carry the noise sticker. I've seen just as many cars ripping around with fart cans as bikes. There are also commercial drivers to consider. Equally we've all been idling at a red light and had some sphincter pull up next to us with distorted sub-woofers rattling the windows - now there's some real noise pollution. Nope, don't go along with it unless it covers everybody regardless of the number of wheels under them AND the noise source.

You wanna address noise pollution on the road? Then bring it...for everybody and everything and stop wasting our time/money. Buttheads.
